I will not hold IQTA TENNIS LLC., associated sponsors or venues responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the participant/myself during the tennis program. I agree to, and will comply with, the policies of IQTA TENNIC LLC Terms & Conditions which are on www.iqtennisacademy.com and that they are subject to change at the sole discretion of the IQTA TENNIS LLC. I understand that IQTA TENNIS LLC may sometimes take pictures of its participants/myself that can be used for marketing and promotional material. I represent that the Participant is in good health or has been cleared by a physician to participate in tennis activities.
