Make up Lessons
There are NO guaranteed make-up classes missed in the iQTA group program. This is a standing lesson and you or your child's attendance is expected. However we will make every effort to offer a make-up class if your child was sick or injured. Such make-ups are subject to availability, at the sole discretion of iQTA and must be completed within the term.
Cancellation Policy
Any scheduled Private or Semi-Private lessons must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the lesson, otherwise the lesson will be charged fully. In the event of a drop out or a cancellation of your your private/semi-private/ group package, a refund for the unused lessons/weeks will be refunded, less a AED 250 cancellation fee.
iQTA does not reserve placement in programs without payment. Payment MUST be made in order to reserve any spots/timings in group/private/semi-private lessons.
