Andy Murray Surprise visit
February 2024
We were absolutely delighted and surprised to welcome a special player to our academy. One of the biggest legends in the game- The former world No. 1 Sir Andy Murray. The only men's player to ever win 2 Olympic singles gold medals, as well being the only man ever to win a Grand Slam, Olympic gold, Masters 1000 event and the ATP Finals all in one year. Sir Andy took the time to engage with the kids and hit some balls. It was a remarkable experience for everyone.
16 y.o. Zach Stephens with an ATP point

Our 16 year old Zach Stephens, won his first round on the Men's ITF Tour in Sharm ElSheikh, which meant getting his first ATP point! What an achievement for the youngster, who is currently training with Ivan Horsky.
David Guetta trains with iQTA

The worlds number 1 DJ, David Guetta trained with iQTA whilst he stayed in Dubai. He then went on to perform on the helipad of the iconic Burj Al Arab. Players enjoyed the live United at home Dubai edition from our iQ court!
Summer Camp in Europe
July 2019
Some of iQTA's competition players escaped the summer heat in Dubai and traveled to Slovakia for a 3 week intense training program. Competing against the top Juniors in Europe and great weather gave them perfect conditions to improve on their game. Stay tuned for more upcoming European camps with iQTA.
iQTA Mens League
2018
8 players, took part in our inaugural iQTA Men’s League. After a number of close matches and tough battles, came the deciding match between Benjamin and Antonio, to determine who would take the crown. Antonio, with all wins was the favourite. Benjamin recorded one loss prior. However the winner between these 2 would become the title holder. The first set started close, with both players holding serves. Benjamin managed to break his opponent at 4:4 which then lead to him taking the first set. 6:4 The Frenchman cruised through the second set with a 6:2 win. Holger Rune hits at iQTA

Exciting couple of days at the academy. We were thrilled to have the ATP world number 4, Holger Rune with us at Nikki Beach. As he was getting ready for pre-season, he also managed to exchange some mind blowing rallies with his sister Alma, who competed on the ITF Junior circuit herself.

iQ Beach Tennis Open
November 2018
Over 20 teams took part in the 2018 iQBT Open at Nikki Beach, which hosted two categories: Mixed Doubles and the Pro Category. Duo Marta and Yussuf were the strongest in the Mixed Doubles after a close 3rd set super-tiebreak win against Carol and Anders. The Pro category saw some of the top world players from the IBTF, fight for the title. Omar and Vincenzo took the Crown with a win over Tiaan and Ernest.
Coach Artsiom joins the team

Coach Artsiom, coming from the ATP tour as a coach and player, is joining the iQ Tennis coaching team. He brings invaluable experience with him and speaks fluent Russian, Polish and English.

The world's best ATP players prepared for the upcoming season on iQTA courts. Roger Federer, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Karen Khachanov, Mikhail Kukushkin were some of the top players who chose Dubai and iQTA for this year's preseason preparation.
